John Thomas aka Johnny Elvis has been in the entertainment business for over 30 years, and as an Elvis Tribute Artist for 18 years since the inauguration of the Porthcawl Elvis Festival. He started his career as a karaoke host and then turned cabaret singer.
He has also built up a reputation as the ‘after-show host with the most’ believing that if the audience are smiling and singing, he’s doing well. Having hosted the Elvis festivals in Benidorm, Porthcawl, Torquay (Born To Rock) and Weston Super Mare (Harbor Lights), he is considered to be the number one party host.
Johnny and his partner have put together their own festival called ‘Totally Elvis’ and they also help to organise the ETA’s for the Porthcawl Festival held every year in Wales.
Johnny’s goal as an ETA is to give people the feeling of being around the man that gave us everything in the music world, Elvis Presley. Also, to try to help all up and coming Elvis Tribute Artists.

Holy Smoke! I never thought this could happen to me!Brilliant! absolutely got goosebumps seeing this impersonator moving shaking his hips "like a leaf on a tree". Approachable, kind with everyone, original in his jokes, in his autographs. You can tell he still loves impersonating Elvis.
