ANTONIO CARLOS COIMBRA

Antonio was born in Lisbon but lived in Mozambique where he saw “That’s The Way It Is” at the movies. The kid became a musician. He sang and played guitar in bands, and as a solo act, recorded his first Vinyl in 1988. After releasing a few albums with original songs, he became an Elvis Tribute Artist.

Since 1999, he has produced music in his Recording Studio, Produções Atlântico. He is also the resident composer for the Theater Group GATEM in Portugal.

In 2019, Antonio won Best Musical Ambience in The National Theater contest in Póvoa de Lanhoso. He also won Best song in the Festival de Mancelos, in 2001 and 2003.
